Welcome to U.S. TaeKwonDo! Our school was founded on the principle of commitment to teaching quality self-defense instruction to the general public. All TaeKwonDo programs teach the basics of blocking, striking, kicking, and stances. TaeKwonDo is a fun, action-packed Martial Arts workout! Unlike going to the gym or working out on your own, Martial Arts workouts are unique, different, and exciting each time you attend. In addition, Traditional Korean Martial Arts Instructors are there to provide you with the support, encouragement, and motivation to help you attain your goals.
In addition to TaeKwonDo lessons, we also offer |

Physical Fitness
For the middle-aged, Martial Arts is a way to keep in shape, rebuild those muscles, and stretch what you once had. For seniors, it is the exercise tonic which reawakens and tones soft muscle. It will make you limber and help maintain health. Taekwondo requires harmony of mind and body. Martial Arts is also an excellent outlet for daily stress.
Self-Defense
There are many physical and psychological benefits of Martial Arts training. One benefit is self-defense. Although all martial arts boast of effective self-defense, Martial Arts training offers techniques which are unique to this Korean art. It incorporates powerful kicking techniques unmatched by any other style.
